Yes. We encourage a pre-move survey to enable us to determine the quantity/volume of goods to be handled, plan for the necessary requirements, and any other factors that may influence the task.

We do not recommend doing your own packing especially for overseas moving, as overseas security can be very sensitive about goods packed by owners. However, for domestic moves, you can pack some items yourself, for which and we are happy to provide the carton boxes for this.

Yes, you do. Insurance caters for unforeseen situations and it is highly recommended. We treasure our relationship with you and would advocate some form of restitution in case of loss/damage etc.

Time is essential in planning your next move.
Most people arrange for an estimate or quotation if they are moving within the next four months. This enables you to budget your expenses and plan accordingly for the move. However, we do accept arrangements on for short notice moves, because we understand the surprises life sometimes springs our way.

Yes. We do. No job is too small or too big for us to handle.

Yes. We do provide storage facilities for both short- and long-term storage. Costs can be discussed depending on the volume and duration of goods to be stored.

Payment is required prior to movement, however, prior arrangement for corporate accounts and credits are open to discussion with the executives.
