What is a pre-move survey?

This is a visit by us to your premises to ascertain the scope of work and necessary requirements for the job.

Is a pre-move survey necessary?

Yes. We encourage a pre-move survey to enable us determine the quantity of goods to be handled and plan for the necessary requirements.

Can I do my own packing? Yes and No.

Yes - For sensitive personal and confidential items.
No - For all the other items, due to
i) Insurance companies are reluctant to cover self packed and undisclosed items.
ii) For international moves - security is very sensitive over owner packed cargo.
iii) The Company's liability is limited to only those goods packed by their staff

Do I need to take out insurance package?

Yes, it is an opportunity for compensation in case of any mishap.
